We are incredibly proud to celebrate another remarkable achievement within our team. Louise Gladwell, previously our Compliance & Process Supervisor, has recently qualified as a Financial Adviser. Lou’s journey is not just a professional milestone but a deeply personal one.
Lou’s story is one of perseverance and strength, especially in the face of profound loss. Her husband, Gary Gladwell, was a cherished member of the Kingsfleet team, working as a Financial Adviser. Gary was not only a respected colleague and friend, he was Lou’s biggest supporter in her aspirations to advance her career in financial planning. Tragically, Gary passed away in April 2022, leaving behind a legacy of positivity, depth of knowledge, and his hearty chuckle echoing around the office.
During this difficult time, Lou showed incredible courage. Motivated by Gary’s belief in her and the encouragement he always provided; Lou pursued her qualification.
Now, as a qualified Financial Adviser, Lou brings a unique and compassionate perspective to her role. Specialising in financial advice for bereavement, Lou is dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of financial planning during some of the most challenging times of their lives. Her personal experience of loss equips her with an exceptional level of empathy and understanding, making her the perfect person to support clients as they navigate their financial futures after the death of a loved one.
As we celebrate Lou’s achievement, we are reminded of the core values that drive us at Kingsfleet Wealth: a commitment to excellence, a dedication to our clients’ well-being, and the belief that financial planning is not just about numbers but about people. Lou’s story is a powerful example of how personal experiences can shape and enhance the advice we provide, ensuring that our clients receive guidance that is both knowledgeable and compassionate.
We are excited for the future as Lou embarks on this new chapter in her career. We know that she will continue to make a positive impact on the lives of those she serves, and we are honoured to support her as she continues to grow in her role.
