How can I book an initial meeting?

Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?

The initial meeting is at our expense. We won’t charge you to simply find out if we can help you. The initial meeting is a chance for us to see if we can add value to your circumstance, and for both of us to get to know each other better.

Where are your offices?

We have three office locations situated across the South East of England.

Head office: Claydon

Our head office is based in the heart of rural Suffolk, at the edge of the village of Claydon. We are easily accessible due to our proximity to the A14 and our modern ground-floor offices are wheelchair friendly, plus there is ample parking.

Please note that we may not always be on-site at all times, so be sure to call ahead before you visit any of our offices.

We also have locations to meet in several Suffolk Towns, like Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Stowmarket and Central Ipswich.

Do we have to meet face to face?

No, we offer full video facilities to conduct meetings remotely using Zoom, Skype or by telephone.

Are you independent?

Yes, we are proud to be totally independent. That means we can provide advice on the full range of investment products and providers without any bias.

Are you regulated?

Yes, we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can view our entry on the FCA register here.

Do you charge VAT?

The majority of the work we do is VAT exempt. However, where we do charge, we will notify you in advance.

Am I tied in for a number of years?

Whilst our planning is based on your provision for the rest of your life, should you decide that you don’t need our services any more, you can simply stop your contract with one month’s notice.

What happens next?
  1. We have a brief phone call to discuss how you think we can help you.
  2. If you are happy to proceed, we will send you a link to complete our online ‘Fact Find’ form or send it by post if that is your preference.
  3. When this is complete we will then have our first meeting to understand what you would like to do, spend and achieve in your life.
  4. We then start our research and financial planning process to work with you to take you from where you are now to where you want to be.
