Wednesday 4th May 2022 marked a very special occasion, as we were delighted to host our first face-to-face client event since the pandemic. Indeed, this was the first chance to publicly acknowledge our landmark 10th birthday; two years late, as Covid brought the planned celebrations back in Spring 2020 to a swift halt.
Guests enjoyed the chance to meet and chat over a delicious lunch at the beautiful Fynn Valley Terrace, before listening to the wonderful guest speakers, Sandra Gosling from The Blossom Appeal and Liz Baldwin from St Elizabeth’s Hospice; both fantastic local charities that Kingsfleet Wealth are proud to support.
Colin then began his concluding speech by paying deepest respects to his dear friend and colleague, Gary, who is greatly missed by all the team. Kingsfleet Wealth have pledged to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation in Gary’s memory.
Rounding off the event, Colin re-capped the professional highlights of the previous year; including award wins and nominations, the evolution of Suffolk Money Podcast and Kingsfleet Wealth’s ongoing endeavours to support the community.
Colin’s conclusion about recent global events and their impact on the investment world, also provided some welcome comfort, as he shared several financial graphs and charts to demonstrate the likely long-term effects.
