Just over a year ago, Kingsfleet became a fully certified B Corporation, joining a global community of organisations that are committed to using business as a force for good.
Becoming a B Corp cemented our resolve to improve every aspect of our business, so that we can truly verify and demonstrate that we exist not solely for profit, but with a purpose of doing good within our community and in society, as a whole.
Without a doubt, becoming a BCorp has already had a positive impact on our business. Compiling our first Impact Report has also assisted us further in this process, keeping our focus on improving the workplace and the services that we provide to our clients. It’s therefore a pleasure to share our 2023 Impact Report, focusing on our progress across the five Impact Areas of Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customers over the last year and also our goals for delivering and improving on our current B Corp score for next year.
